HOW TO GET EVEN MORE OUT OF QBGM:  INTEGRATION OF MEDITATION AS LIFESTYLE
After a week or two, as you become more familiar with QBGM, increase the frequency of meditation to twice per day - one in the morning after you get up, and another just before you go to bed.  You may wish to use the following two step process each time:

Step 1:  Gently close your eyes, and go to the center of your being. Use the following invocation:
Just for today,

for the next few moments,
I promise to VISIT me in my quantum world,
As a kind, loving and enthusiastic observer
In thought, word and deed.
Step 2: Next, with your external eyes closed, use your inner eyes to  look and see your state physically, emotionally and spiritually. On a scale from 0 to 10 estimate your physical, emotional and spiritual state and make an entry in your journal. For example, if you are feeling excited give yourself a 9 or 10. If you're feeling lousy, give yourself a 1 or 2. If you are in physical pain give yourself a low score. Continue to look with your inner eyes and estimate your status in four additional areas: intellectually, connectedness to community, connectedness to nature and the degree to which your needs are met. You're encouraged to be precise by being an obstinate, yet kind, Observer. This is an important and sacred step in which you are using consciousness to illuminate your internal states.

Evening Meditation: As you visit with yourself you may transition into a deeper state. This unified field of consciousness often leads to a state referred to as Samadhi by the yogis, and is a perfect prelude to transition to sleep.

Morning Meditation: As you visit with yourself you may transition into a deeper state. Soft thinking will give way to a calm and quiet state. After a few thought free moments look at yourself in wonderment as you transition to a new day filled with possibilities.
Journal: Keeping a daily meditation journal is a wonderful practice. It gives you an opportunity to see your progress.

THOMAS PADIKAL, Ph.D., Conceiver and Architect of QBGM
After receiving his doctorate in Physics from the University of Cincinnati, Dr. Padikal received further training in Radiology and Radiation Oncology at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and General Hospital. In collaboration with some of the most recognized names in Radiology and Oncology, he participated in the treatment of thousands of cancer patients in forty years. He is a Medical Physicist, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology. Introduced to experimental Nuclear Magnetic Resonance in 1969, he has worked in Magnetic Resonance Imaging since its inception. He was a Cancer Expert at the National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD, an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC, a medical physicist at Divine Providence Hospital in Williamsport, PA, a medical physicist at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America, and a Clinical Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Frankford Hospital in Philadelphia. He is now a consultant to many Hospitals, Radiology, Radiation Oncology, and Cardiology Departments in the Northeast US. As Chairman of Medical Imaging at The Institute of Medical Imaging Technology, he is very active in medical education, leading seminars on CT, MRI, and Nuclear Medicine in the US and the world. He is also Chairman of Science and Life, a non-profit corporation, conducting Workshops on Science and Life across the United States and overseas.  Dr. Thomas Padikal is a pioneer in the field of IN VIVO QUANTUM BIOLOGY and WELL-BEING. As we all know, it takes something MORE than knowledge and expertise to be effective in the reclamation of wellness and well-being!
