HOW TO GET EVEN MORE OUT OF QBGM: INTEGRATION OF MEDITATION AS LIFESTYLE
After a week or two, as you become more familiar with QBGM, increase the frequency of meditation to twice per day - one in the morning after you get up, and another just before you go to bed. You may wish to use the following two step process each time:
Evening Meditation: As you visit with yourself you may transition into a deeper state. This unified field of consciousness often leads to a state referred to as Samadhi by the yogis, and is a perfect prelude to transition to sleep.Morning Meditation: As you visit with yourself you may transition into a deeper state. Soft thinking will give way to a calm and quiet state. After a few thought free moments look at yourself in wonderment as you transition to a new day filled with possibilities.
